Hello all, may I join you? I’ve been here in the past but really need help and support to do this properly again. I lost a lot of weight last year using a keto diet and was feeling good until a dr I saw for an unrelated topic told me in no uncertain terms it was incredibly bad to stay on keto that long, I don’t why I listened to him as I know that’s not true, but since then have piled most of the weight back on! I have fibromyalgia which is flaring badly atm making me crave food I shouldn’t eat and the pain is curtailing my exercise levels. Has anyone else here got fibro? I weighed 13st3.6lbs this morning so I’ll aim to get just under 13st by the end of the quarter. Thanks for having me. x6

I'm fairly sure I won't be registering a loss tomorrow. What my GP has been telling me is ligament damage in my knee turns out to be total loss of joint space and my leg bones are touching each other. The doctor that rang me with the xray results said no wonder I'm in pain. Anyways, I've had a face on ever since the phone call and have eaten my way through the bad mood as usual. I have to go for an injection into my knee in May which may or may not alleviate some of the pain.
Take care all of you6 -
Cranky that sounds painful. I aways have in the back of my mind that pain should be worked off, but somehow I don't think that will work for your knees. Look after yourself and give yourself a pamper of some sorts.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Ouch @CRANKY40. Hopefully they can treat your kneews. Don't worry about a bad day. Just start again.
So I did a 6.5 mile training walk this morning followed by working at the CS. I had porridge then during the walk an apple. A cheese spread sandwich for lunch and tea was left overs and home made icecream ( a couple of tablespoons wort. I didn't take a choc bar to the CS but someone gave me a mini bar anyway. Sort of glad as I was peckish.

Hi All,
Checking in a couple of days late but it was a 1.5lb loss. Well done everyone no matter what the results, we're here and trying, that's what counts.
Cranky - sorry about your knee, I'm starting to think I need to see someone about my hip, I thought starting daily exercise and losing weight would help it but it doesn't seem to be improving annoyingly. I'll give it a little longer I think. Enough about me, have a good rest of week everyone.7
