Aww bit_by_bit, thank you, that's properly made me well up. Such good advice from you about the diary and having something to look forward to. It's stopped raining so tomorrow is Day 1 and I am aiming to get to the end of my path and maybe out the gate to my neighbours gate and back. I will have a hot chocolate on standby 😁.8

Reporting a 0.5 lb gain. Which sucks compared to last week lol but just a reminder to myself that I can't expect to see the results when making bad food choices. On the plus side, this week I had pizza hut, kit kats, cake and crusty bread! 😂

Hmm just had a read, congrats to everybody for hanging in there, I think it is my carb intake this week that needs to go on the naughty step. Fearing an other rain of devils tomorrow. Being ill and a bit too much at home definitely have not helped this week. Not weighing in til tomorrow.

Well done for losses and STSs and commiserations for gains. Dumpling, best of luck with your new plan. I'm sure the planned trip is scary as well as exciting but it's good that you've got a definite goal to work towards.
Well, after my first week going according to plan the second one very much didn't and it's a 3lb gain this week. !!!!!!, what is wrong with me? It had been going pretty well until Friday and then I had a row with IzHe and every bad coping habit came out. As well as stuffing myself with crisps and chocolate I couldn't be bothered to cook so pretty much lived on takeaways for the weekend. I've got it mostly under control again now so get the cushions on the wagon plumped, I'll be hopping in in just a jiffy.
