Well just in from work had an unexpected 30 min walk from a different station after my usual train was cancelled, much as I enjoy a walk, not so much in my work skirt, which is long and tight, so more of a shuffle than a walk, also I was so hot! Just eating my lo chicken and rice,
Was wondering if anyone does intermittent fasting and whether they've found it works, also do you have to do it everyday (I like sundays off!) Another one here who cannot continue running round in lounge pants..... I’m going to aim to post every day now to keep me accountable. I’ll not be weighing in until Thursday. Fed up saying it but back on track now8

Hi everyone, well I have got off to a cracking start...Not! I am reporting a gain of 1lb so bring on the little purple devil 😢. Oh well, it is what it is and I'm not surprised as I have been eating like a pig.
My health has gone downhill again and I am on double antibiotics to see if I can stay out of hospital. I feel very sad about it and quite scared as I am nor sure if I can get through another bout of sepsis. I am comfort eating a lot but if I am honest it is not bringing me any comfort so I don't know why I am doing it.
Sorry for the miserable post, I hope normal service will be resumed shortly. Take care all xx9 -
Well thats a 2lb added to my weight for me. I feel very tired and a bit bloated so hopefully it'll fly back off soon.

It has some really useful diet for lowering cholesterol advice. There is a several step process which is useful. Although I found if i try and follow everything I would be eating far too much - and there are only so many oats one person can eat every single day! But DH and I have found it useful (well I have and DH has cos I feed him!)

Also - the one easiest anti-cholesterol food is the little pots of yoghurt fortified with sterols/stanols - there are brand ones but the supermarkets (including aldi and Lidl) do their own - quick and easy and one pot provides all you need (so much easier than using the spread etc) They can lower your cholesterol by 10%
Also - do you know the amount of the different types of cholesterol? Read up about it on the website above. Although my total cholesterol is quite high, the ratio between the 'good' and the 'bad' is ok, so my cardiologist wasn't too worried about it and didn't want to put me on statins (which my GP did). May not be relevant to you, and I am still eating to lower cholesterol, but might be worth just being aware.9 -
