I wonder if continueing temp 'redress' wtc payments could maybe force them to speed up my next pip assessment.
Highly unlikely because WTC is HMRC and PIP is DWP, 2 completely different benefits.

Amazing albeit short return to Full Time work since March redundancy.
I have found a new part time job from 27/09/21
Much closer to home with parking.
I don't yet have a Fit Note though added UC journal note requesting my claim is re considered.
p.s. whilst WTC temp payment solution continues.

yes UC never paid due to full time18K since post redundancy 1st job.
Looking forward to 20 rather than 40 hours.
going to falling to minimum wage rate, though redundancy meant 95% debt was paid.
only home and car and standard bills to Manage though 24hrs worked well 2018 until feb 2021.

If it's been more than 6 months since you claimed UC then you will need to start a new claim. You should report your health condition and once you've done this you'll have 7 days to get your fit note and to report that onto your journal. The longer you delay getting the fit note, the longer the process will take.At the moment, even with your reduced working hours there will still be no entitlement to UC because your earnings will reduce it to zero. I remember that you have a mortgage so no rent costs. Your UC will remain open while you're assessed for the work capability assessment.1

i thought i'de qualify for UC this time, as new salary from 8 or 9k p.a.
it's going to be difficult as WTC temp measure have been asking every month if there has been any change in circumstances, which I guess this new job is.
I hope they don't stop my WTC temp payments immediately, though I can ask when they call 1-2 weeks.
thanks

In addition to above reply, my UC Claim is from 25th March, so maybe a few days until 6 months expire.
I've updated journal, and intend to call UC from Wed's.
thanks

I don't understand why you're calling UC. When you call DWP/UC you are ringing a call centre and they have almost no benefit knowledge. They read purely from a screen and aren't there to give any benefits advice. Please don't call them. Before you do start a new claim you need to find out whether your temp WTC payments will end. Under normal circumstances a change in your job will not be classed as a change of circumstances that will prompt a move to UC because you are still working more than 16 hours per week.As i previously advised way back in the thread, UC is based on earnings received during your assessment period. You will not have any work allowance when you first claim because you don't have any dependent children on your claim and you haven't yet been assessed as baving Limited capability for work. (LCW) Which means that your earnings will reduce your UC by 63%.As you are single with no rent costs then your maximum UC will be £324.84 because the standard element is being reduced by £86 per month because the uplift was temporary due to Covid. This means with an annual Income of at least £8,000/ £666 per month then your UC will be reduced to zero. It will be a different story if you're assessed as having LCW because you will then have the work allowance, which means you will be able to earn £515 per month before the 63% deductions apply. If the decision is LCWRA then you will also have an extra £343 included in your maximum entitlement.1

@poppy12345
that's very re assuring, if wtc temp payments continue for time being.
I intend to retry docs wed's by tel though not confident of any help towards Fit note to trigger assessment.
meanwhile uc team have confirmed by original claim is still open, though as you kindly advise could be Zero exercise.
