@messyjessy7 congratulations on your offer!!Sending positive vibes to everyone else waiting this week - hopefully we’ll all receive good news!I rang Experian again this morning (about the 4th follow up call) to chase the disassociation I applied for two weeks ago and they told me that they haven’t received anything… 🙃 hoping that it gets accelerated now before the underwriters get to my case this week!2

Update: My MB just text me saying the status have changed from documents reviewed, to pre offer, Surely I'm not far away now. This is my 4th week waiting. Has anyone got any experience with the status of the application process? I'm very anxious now this process is taking over my life

Congratulations @[Deleted User]!!!!
Just an update on mine. We told our broker two weeks ago we wanted to change our solicitor, and now they've sent the documents to the wrong place! Things can't ever be simple.1 -
@[Deleted User] Congrats! So happy for everyone who are finally out of this missery 😅 hope everything else goes smoothly for everyone from here!My own news this morning when I asked the mortgage broker about the flat rating this is what they said: (not holding my breath)The EWS1 form is requested to confirm there is no cladding on the property. The lender has confirmed the valuation report has been received this morning and the underwriters will be able to provide an update by close of business on Friday, once they have assessed the report.3
