  • Thanks 666666.

I have reviewed the valuation report my offer I assume was based on and it’s all over the place with mistakes so not sure what will happen with the offer.

Solicitor is going to raise it.
  • @666666 good luck to you this week! At least they have said you’ll hear something by Friday!

After two weeks of chasing Experian, they said they hadn’t even received the disassociation application 🙃 but at least now they have put a notice of correction on my report so hopefully that’s enough if the HSBC underwriters get to my case this week! Fingers crossed!

@[Deleted User] how annoying that after waiting for that long they still managed to mess it up! 😫 I hope it’s less painful to rectify it.

@popsicle95 lets hope for the best! Wishing for good news for both of us this week!

Sometimes I feel like everyone involved in house buying are working part time 😅

Guys!!! I thought this day would never come but I got the offer from HSBC finally! Was a bit freaked out by @[Deleted User] experience given a wrong document so I looked at the property address, amount and the rate we agreed on. Thankfully they look correct.

I hope everyone get good news this week! I really keep everything crossed for you as I started to lose it myself and really wish noone has to wait that long!

    Congrats!

In regards to mine it was the correct document, at least the address was correct and the price, everything else was pretty much wrong haha.

Best of luck to you with the rest of the process.

@[Deleted User] I hope your solicitor and mortgage broker will help you sorting it out. I would think that they would pick this up and get on it 😒

@Tashco thank you!!! Wow that’s fast!! I’m still waiting for the solicitor to go through the contract. They said last week that searches are done so just waiting for enquiries I think once they’ve gone through the contract. I also have a list of questions that I’d like to go through with them 😄
  • Congratulations @666666 !! 🎉🎉 hope everything else goes smoothly for you now!
