Yeah, irs just a simple yes or no as to whether it's been received! Maybe try sending again but adding a read receipt? Although I always click no to them 🤣 x

Just seen our valuation fee has been refunded so we've obviously been declined. Gutted.

Give her a call as soon as they open and find out what the reason is etc
There are other lenders and things you can try that I've seen on here.

I will definitely give them a call as soon as they are open. I don't understand it, the bank transaction is dated 29th march but according to my broker they haven't given the info requested last week yet, they were chasing me for it yesterday, which was the 30th. It doesn't make any sense 😳

Yeah that's what I mean, if the Broker actually received the data yesterday, it's unlikely that Aldermore would've had chance to review it already? 
They may only be able to hold your money for a certain amount of time, also the new financial year starting tomorrow might be playing a part as well?

Oh gosh, your nerves must be all over the place! Maybe worth looking into a different Broker depending on the outcome of this.

I'm still checking for the postman very 5 minutes, I don't think I'll feel calm until I have the offer in my hand, I still feel like it could be a rejection letter I'm receiving x

My nerves are shot lol I just wish someone would tell me what's actually going on. Surely they realise if I have been declined I have an offer to withdraw and a solicitor to cancel! Its Easter weekend coming up too, my fear is no one will tell me anything before then 😔😔

Yeah, it's getting ridiculous now, and they must know how stressful this situation is for you! Are there any extra credit checks on your credit report or anything?x
