I got no notification, I emailed my solicitor the week before completion was scheduled to confirm they'd been requested and they had requested they were released for 18/06 the same day the date was agreed.. and here I am 4 days later 😅🙈 x
My solicitor has requested a detailed update before the end of the day, so ive given him a break of my two hourly emails and will chase again just after 4 😅
Also got a welcome call from aldermore asking how my move went 🤣 talk about rubbing salt in a wound!0 -
Another small update, my solicitor has forwarded me the email chain of them chasing, with very few acknowledgements from the vendors solicitor.
The application is with HM Land Registry, debter is waiting for it to be passed on, my solicitor has questioned if its a charging order it would be in the best interest of the debtor to remove the application and settle payment, thats the last email.
None of it makes much sense to me! But solicitor has advised to action the back up plan as there is no actual update or timescale 🤦♀️
Same here! Our offer was accepted 8th March, I think we'll be lucky to be in by 8th July! X0 -
