I saw a post on mums net saying to chase twice a week, but then at the end daily! So I'm taking that advise :') 
Just word it as that, just wondering if you've received any update? As the middle party you might get information before me? x

I emailed them, just asking if they had any idea how it was progressing and did mid-june sound achievable to complete from the sellers side of things. I did apologise for bothering him though haha

Well the assistant I've been dealing with is on annual leave til Monday so I've emailed the original assistant i was dealing with, hoping he will get back to me - I'll give it til 15:00 and call i think, as it's 3 emails with no response now.
The EA will hopefully get back to you pronto, they'll want it finalised ASAP wont they x

I hope so 🤣 I just want them to do something haha give me a rough date so we know how quick to pack 🤣 good luck, let me know if you hear anything

My original assistnat has just responded saying they've not heard back on queries from the other side so I've asked what can be done to speed it up, as there's been no real update or progress for weeks. Feel like I'm being a cow, but just want to know what we can do to confirm dates! 
I've started packing :P quite a few boxes are at my mum's already haha x

I've started but I'm hesitant to do too much in case we don't move for another 6+ weeks! Hopefully the estate agents will have some insight. I might send another email Monday to solicitor 🤣

Ooh estate agent replied, apparently another guy deals with progressions but he looked at the notes and thinks everything is good to go so he will chase the solicitor too 🙂

Our latest is: still no further forward, aldermore still asking for documents they've been sent twice now.

Complaint has now been put in as we keep going back into a 7 day queue even though the correct documentation is on the system! valuation hasn't yet been instructed so my MA is pushing for that now.

6 weeks today since application
6 weeks monday since solicitors instructed- local searches not yet back

Oh gosh, that's such a long time! both me and @CLJ2986 got good news just before a bank holiday, so hoping the same for you! x
