I'm giving up with emails, she doesn't reply to them. Weekly phone calls now haha although here's an odd one, my online tracker keeps changing. Originally it didn't have any boxes about my mortgage offer. Last week 2 new check boxes appeared, one for mortgage offer recieved and one saying authority to proceed given by lender. Then today the authority to proceed box had gone again, and the mortgage offer recieved box still isn't marked as complete despite my offer being received weeks ago!

That is strange! Did you mention that on the phone?
The assistant I'm dealing with has changed, and he doesn't seem as quick as the other one, and seems a bit snottier in honesty :') But I do get responses! I'm going to email every 2 days I think, just dragging out too long, it's just that horrible feeling like you're pestering again :')
I'm lucky we can stay with my mum as if I stayed here for an extra month, nursery and rent would be costing me an extra £1,500 :O

No I only noticed after. I checked to see if it had been updated after the phone call 😳 I just want my keys lol so all this worrying is over!

    Same :'(
I really want to decorate (at least my son's room), before we actually move in. I was really just hoping to have a date in mind. Vendor can't really look for anywhere to rent until we have that, so just delaying things further :(
I don't have anything to track solicitors progress, so they're just having to put up with alllll the emails :') they'll get sick of me soon! x

Honestly the online tracker doesn't seem worth it, although it did tell me searches were all back. I haven't heard anything else today so bet its next week again now 😡

I can't help but feel that we both picked Brokers and Solicitors that needed chasing more than most :')
Ours should be fairly simple with their being no chain, so you'd think they'd want to push for it to be done so it's one less thing to worry about it! x

I just checked my tracker after calling them yesterday... nothing new. I must check it a hundred times a day! Any news for you?

I've not had a response to yesterdays email asking for an update, so I've just emailed again saying that if we haven't agreed a date by this time next week it'll potentially be costing me an additional £1,500 in rent/childcare that I've not budgeted for after being told 18th June wouldn't be an issue weeks ago, with no update since!
I've obviously already cancelled Rex's nursery and given my notice on the house, and have a backup plan of staying at my mums, but they don't need to know that :') I feel like if we go from staying at mum's to the new house and Rex's room isn't sorted it'll be difficult to get him to want to be there when he's just had SO much fun with Nana and Gramps :') Just want an easy transition for him.

When will you chase again? x

Probably next Thursday. I said to my partner I would chase weekly until June then start every few days of we aren't getting anywhere. I want to email the estate agent to see if he knows anything but no idea how to word it 🤣 x
