I didn't think to ask about the building insurance. Is it terrible just to use my bank cause they are giving away a free coffee maker with every insurance purchase??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣JMcc123 said:
🤣🤣🤣 yeah my broker has sorted my buildings and contents and life insurance for me, I'll look around more for competitive prices next year, at the moment it's just another tick and a couple less things to worry about it! XCLJ2986 said:
Amazing news! I had a call from my mortgage broker yesterday, my heart stopped thinking she was gonna say the mortgage company had made a mistake or something 🤣 it was about out life insurance quotes lolJMcc123 said:Update - vendor got back to EA, thank goodness, she's hopeful for same dates as us x0 -

I'm a bit confused on the subsidence things though, the natwest quote asked if we were aware of any risks and there's an advisory on our searches so not sure its as straightforward 😳0

Oh yeah, I didnt think of that actually! There must be a thread on here you can ask?
I've had another update from the solicitors this morning saying they're still waiting for some enquiries to come back from the vendors solicitors.
Also decided we are definitely leaving here by 26th June, worst case my stuff can go into storage and we can stay ar my mums, I just can't justify another months rent 🤦♀️ x0 -
I'll ring natwest to check when we get closer I think. I'd rather do it online though cause free coffee maker 🤣 I'm handing in our rental on 14th June, assuming we've set completion dates! Mortgage offer has 2 months on it so solicitor really needs to get going. My emails have gone unanswered 😳 at least you know you have an end date for your current place though, yay!0

I'm in the same situation. My solicitor requested funds yesterday, and I received an email this morning that they needed one more thing before they released them, so think it would be pretty quick. If I get an update tomorrow I will you let you knowrcars712 said:Hey all!
