I'm emailing at lunchtime, I already know it'll be 11th or 18thbut just need to book whichever day off work to pick up the keys!x

I've got removal company quotes but they are all getting booked up and I have no confirmed dates which is driving me crazy.0 -

CLJ2986 said:Get your ea chasing them, mines just called to say he's spoken to both my vendor and my solicitor and he's going to push it for mid June 🙂 he didn't realise we had rental notice to give so he understands why we are chasing now. Feeling much happier lol1

JMcc123 said:Another update - thye've suggested 18th, I've said I'd prefer 11th, but will accept 18th, he's going back to them with that - but worst case we'll be looking at 18th June
I haven't signed the contract, I've just put pressure on for a date, I assume the exchange will come soon after we have a date agreed.
Put some pressure on! It's worked for me! I've really pushed about giving notice here and not wanting the extra expense etc, the same applies to0 -
