Lol its fine, my solicitors are doing things in the background anyway. I got confirmation that the search pack has been ordered, whatever that actually means 🤣🤣 I have an online tracking thing that tells me what stage we are at with that. Wish I had the same for Aldermore 🤣🤣🤣🤣 glad he got the t-shirts hahaha we shouldn't have to put our lives on hold until its all over!! Fingers crossed I'll have an update tomorrow 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Yes I have the same, Mio app is it? Its saying contracts due on 19th, but I don't trust how accurate the dates are. I wish I instructed my solicitor's earlier but i was worried we wouldn't get the mortgage so didn't want to waste any money at all! I think with Aldermore you are fine. I'll be shocked if your not! Keep us updated. I just keep thinking in my head by June we will deffo be in our new house, trying to be positive ha x

Ah I keep daydreaming about completing before the end of May... is there a chain in your purchase? We are chain free 😀 also starting to get nervous, we're moving to a new area so that's a little scary for me hahaha

Gosh I hope so. I never heard back from the Estate Agents so I don't know if the val is booked or if ots a desktop job... how long after the valuation did you get your offer? My broker didn't say it was offered subject to valuation so that makes me nervous 😬

Mine was sent for valuation 24/03, valuation complete 25/03, valuation returned to Aldermore/Broker 29/03, Broker received offer 01/04 (no April fools) and I got my copy 08/04

Any update from the Estate Agents today?

No, I've had an update from broker, apparently the documents requested are currently in the queue (all the bits requested last time that broker already had) they've asked for ID for my partner so sent council tax bill and passport over. No idea on the valuation 😳 they clearly haven't finished the underwriting though so I got a lot less hopeful 😭

Oh, how frustrating!!
Has your broker given you any guidance on how long you'd expect it to take? I think they average at 3 weeks from application to offer, my app went in 15th and offer 1st April, so just under.
What date did your app get resubmitted? 
Still keeping everything crossed! Xx

I thought I'd replied to this but seems to have disappeared! It was resubmitted on the 1st April I think, was the Thursday before Easter. So nearly 2 weeks. They have asked for ID for my partner and I was told that they are currently looking at my case on Monday.... is it too soon to email my broker again 🤣

Mine was Connells Valuation and Surveys

Have you heard any more? do you know if Valuation has been done? I would definitely drop them a quick email if you've not heard any more  

I emailed Solicitor yesterday asking if 18th June would be realistic for completion (offer received 01/04) and he said it's far too early to speculate :O I thought we would be fine with that date as there is no chain.. obviously not! x
