I've not had my offer through the post yet, but it expires 29/06/21, so we should be moving earlier than expected, but I'm still waiting to hear back from the Estate Agents about whether the seller has found anywhere to move to yet.. then it's pack, pack pack! x
The EA got back to me, and the vendor is going to rent when we have a date, so I'm hoping for mid June, although we are away for a week at the end of June/early July, so need to pick my dates carefully!
We've been really lucky being able to decorate here, but it will be so nice to make your house a home! Especially for your little onex

Haha for all 5 of them! It's a busy household lol but yeah we are so desperate to move. I've heard back from broker, and had to resend the direct debit forms. Guessing due to the date of them vs my new application date 😳0

I would see that as positive as well then! Have they not requested anything else? Seems like you've made progress with the broker updating you as well
From the contract my broker has sent over I will have another DD to return to them too x0 -
Yeah hopefully, we have a different assistant dealing with it as well so hopefully things won't slip through the cracks this time. I'll give it til Friday now and email for another check before the weekend I think. Can you have a green front door though?? Lol bless him0

Haha Green paint is now on my list of new things to buy for the house 🤣 he's more excited about that than the converted attic being a huge play room! X0 -
Nothing to report today, I've been very well behaved and sent no emails 🤣 it's 6 days now to underwrite apparently so just waiting again 😳0

🤣🤣 clock watching til Friday now I guess!
I've had to resend everything to my solicitor as he hadn't received what I sent last week, I'll be emailing Friday to see how long the searches tend to take 🙈 x0 -

Oh gosh, 6 weeks of torture at that! I was thinking about the mat leave element, I'm sure you'll be fine you know, if I've been accepted on my own on a very average salary at least you have 2 incomes etc., but outgoings may differ. my main outgoing is childcare, they've just increased it £60 p/m as well, so I'm looking to move sooner than planned!0 -
Hopefully, I've submitted a letter from my employed stating I return in August on my previous salary so can't see an issue really with their side. I keep reading other stories and I honestly can't even see how my credit rating is that terrible either but I can't get my hopes up 🤣
Did they give you an idea of times?0
