So can I open an ISA today with another provider with 10k - and then open the nationwide one and transfer it over, for the £50?
    Yes you can do this.

I was hoping to transfer my Kent Reliance ISA which matures 24th April to this Members ISA but KR is not one of their options on the transfer list.  Rather than phone and wait for a transfer pack to be sent out does anyone know if there is still a way to do it online using any of their regular ISA transfer forms?

I'm not aware of any workaround of the electronic forms but, if you're near a branch, we phoned ours and they printed the relevant form(s) /documents off for us to go in and collect that morning.

They were generic transfer forms, i.e. not specific to this product

There is indeed no workaroiund - request a pack in the post or pick one up from a branch.

I had a text from Nationwide asking me to call regarding my ISA transfer, my first thoughts were it isn't going to go through as the transfer date is June, however it turns out the Charter account number wasn't correct as only a reference number, so had to obtain account number from Charter as they are in partnership with Barclays.
I asked again if it would be transferred in June and she confirmed it would as it is within 90 days.

I'm hoping to do the same from KR, everytime i try and call the local branch to request a transfer pack it just says the branch is closed!

do it online - where the drop-down box with list of providers is, chose 'none of the above' and you get a form to fill out to request a pack.in the post.

Why they can't just allow you to fill in a downloadable pdf if you wish like almost all other providers is beyond me. Assuming its not changed from when I last did this you get a huge pack in the post full of gumpf which is a waste of paper frankly!

I've been unable to get through to the local branch so filled in the form which said it could take up to five days to send out the pack.  It would have been so much more straightforward to do a downloadable form (I did find a nationwide isa transfer form online but was worried they might not accept it as it might have been out of date).
