Well that’s certainly increased hasn't it!!
Valuation day tomorrow for us, so I’m sure the 8 day period will start again after that. So frustrating.

With any luck, they'll have done most of the underwriting already and just make you an offer once they're happy with the valuation 🤞🤞

Yes hopefully that is the process, just offer after. I believe it must be like this as my MA asked them if they allow valuations at the beginning as some lenders do. They said no as they do all underwriting before valuation.

Still nothing for us. Can't believe it will be Tuesday now. This is so disheartening. I don't know why they make promises to update if they can't keep them 😫🙈 id rather them just say another week or whatever! 😫😫😫

Our broker has just rang. He has called Saffron thus morning for an update and they told him our application is 'locked' by the underwriter. He says that means it is being looked at currently. So surely that means it can't be much longer. He also said though that it may mean they have questions for us now. As it seems like they haven't even looked at it until now or just before the weekend at least. This is absolute torture 😩 have you heard anything? You should call your adviser and ask. I was going to email him at 12 if I hadn't heard!
