AMAZING NEWS, Huge congrats  bet that is such a relief! So that’s about a week but because of the bank hol we lost 2 working days. So around 3 working days, not bad going! 

Did you get an email or how do they offer?

Yes much quicker then I expected. They emailed our MA who then emailed us

Thank you! Yes definitely an extremely stressful few weeks but so glad to finally be towards the end of it. Have you had any more updates?

Nope, my adviser said not to expect anything now until the end of next week at the earliest, so just going to try and forget about it again for now.

I think you will hear something before that. For us every time they asked a question it was about 3/4 working days before they replied. So hopefully it’s early next week for you!

Update here. Saffron contacted our estate agent this morning to book a valuation for next Friday. No mention of an offer subject to valuation but I will take this as a good sign

Hi, sorry to jump in as new person. But I'm in the same boat as most on this thread. It's been over 6 weeks since full application, lots of waiting. My valuation was yesterday and I was told today it was fine and back at the lender & now the application was in 'full review' and 'final review' (both terms were used - 'final' on the phone and 'full' over email afterward).  Underwriting all happens before valuation, so I thought? So unsure what that means.

Also @rf123 how many days was it between your valuation taking place and your offer coming through? Congrats btw.
