Aww so glad things are moving well for you guys! 

We were updated today that we are now back in the queue for the underwriters and current time frame is another 11 working days 😔

Can I just ask those of you who have had your offers, how long from application to offer did you wait? Friday will be 5 weeks since we applied.

From full application it was 4 weeks. But there as a lot of backwards and forwards for documents for mortgage in principle for 4 weeks prior to that.

Thanks for your reply. Our agreement in principle went through automatically without any checking. And at the time I was wary of that because I knew all the questions would just come later 😩🙄 hope we hear something soon then and it's not the full 11 working days, as time is ticking on and I just feel like we are going to end up being declined and have to start again with another lender 🙈🙈🙈 I dont even care about the interest rate any more, I just want it sorting 🤷‍♀️

That’s how I feel. I think the 11 days is just an over estimate to be honest. I’m sure you will hear back sooner. 

I’m still waiting after valuation on Monday. Don’t even know if the valuer has uploaded the report yet. My MA is chasing this morning.

Don't worry, I definitely think you're getting your offer as they wouldn't pay for the valuation unless they were sure 🙂 hope you hear today!

Why do I feel like I won’t hear anything today. My MA said their mail box on phone is full and can’t get through but will keep on trying. He said on portal there’s no update since value requested. So I don’t know if that means the report isn’t even back from the valuer yet 😔

Maybe. I suppose everything suffers when the whole system is overwhelmed by everyone buying houses! 
Also Saffron are turning their phones off at midday every day now to get on top of stuff so it's not like your broker can call them. I am definitely sure all is fine though, try not to worry 😁

Omg my MA just spoke to someone and apparently we won’t hear anything till next Thursday because of the high volume of cases they have.

 Out of interest when was your valuation instructed? 

They said to my MA because our was instructed last Tuesday and then put back into underwriter queue on weds that it’s 11 working day turn around. 

I wonder if our valuer was slow also to upload the report and maybe held things up. 

Another whole week of waiting coming up for us.
