Oh didn't think of that! Might email her in the morning and ask if that's the case. I know she had already prepared answers about maternity pay, childcare costs, etc. Can't think what else they might ask about to be honest.

Update here. Saffron contacted our estate agent this morning to book a valuation for next Friday. No mention of an offer subject to valuation but I will take this as a good sign

Seeing as you are 5 days in front of us, I think its realistic for me to expect not to hear for the next 5 days then?

I have honestly got it in my head that they haven't even looked at our application yet 🤣 they haven't asked anything!

Whatever methods have, it takes forever and seems ridiculous 😅 we haven't heard anything else after the questions early last week so it’s well over the 5 days now anyway (unless they’ve spoke with MA directly like you said).
