Yes as far as I know, the processing team review it first which currently takes up to 6 working days, then it goes to the underwriters who are currently taking up to 7 working days. The email update I got says if underwriters are happy with their 'initial assessment' then they will instruct the valuation. Not sure if that means it will happen early in this part of the process or? Either way I'm not expecting a decision before early next week. I absolutely hate this 🙈

So so nerve wracking isn’t it! It will be interesting to see if they come back to you with questions re your husbands grant. My MA said he is anticipating some questions even with us declaring it etc.

I think it also depends on the sector they work in. If its a sector that was hit hard I think it will be scrutinised a bit more. We will see I suppose. I hope that if they are going to decline, its sooner rather than later if that makes sense. I would hate to wait the full 7 working days to then be declined 🙈

Great news!! It’s crazy how long everything takes isn’t it. Still no further news here, it should be today or tomorrow though. 

Every time they ask for more info you end up at the back of the queue as well we’ve been told, and the 5-7 days starts all over again 🙃
I haven't received any email updates it’s always just come straight from the advisor who has called me. I wish I would track it myself haha!

Just stuff we’ve already sent but different versions of lol like ID things. So we wait again 😊
