We were contacted by the estate agent. I thought we would hear about an offer before valuation, so doubt we will hear anything else now for another 5 days at least after valuation. Well we haven't heard anything! Last email (when we were told it had gone to the underwriters) said 7 days which is tomorrow, but maybe they meant 7 working days.0
