Ive been told by my adviser to expect an 'update' tomorrow. But he didn't say anything about a final decision so I'm not getting my hopes up. Think we will be told if they're proceeding to valuation or not.

I had an update. MA was asked for his signature on something and he said it looks like it will go to offer. But that’s just him saying it. I do hope it’s not another 5 days now because of that 🤦🏾‍♀️

Well I don’t know if it’s even great! I just wanna know the valuations booked! Have you spoken to your estate agents to check?

Ours isn't booked yet. Our adviser has just rang to say Saffron are so far behind it will now be tomorrow before we get any update, but they have assured him it WILL be tomorrow! Also they haven't asked for any extra information or asked any questions. Don't know if that's a good or a bad thing.

I think it’s a good thing. Think yours will be booked before ours to be honest! Hoping you get that update tomorrow before Easter 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m guessing I won’t get another update now till this time next week 😅

It's just all so unknown isn't it. I forgot about Easter! Ahhh hope this doesn't put us all even further down the queue. I am hoping my adviser keeps on at them tomorrow 🤞 I hope this doesn't put you back further, I don't see why it should!

I have just googled the Saffron Intemediaries website and on the service updates page it says the underwriters are taking up to 8 working days at the moment due to the volume of applications!
