  • Gonna have my last greedy gluttonous little piggy day today then back on the Exante tomorrow, got a load of products to use up and 16lbs to lose - maybe more will see when I jump on the scales tomorrow.

Finding it so hard to be good right now, only thing to do is eat.

Don't want to let this weight gain run away from me again though so it's time to get a grip cos I can feel the old bad habits creeping back and I am not going back to the chunk that I was last year.
  • Just picked up a Russel Hobbs microwave for £49.00 from Tesco.
  • Microwave is a bargain in my opinion, nice purchase!  Been a manic weekend for me with cleaning and cooking and sorting stuff out so I'm just catching up with myself... When are you due to move? Hopefully you have space to store your new house purchases.  It's a shame your score has gone down, when my hard search was done for my mortgage mine went up - same with hubbies, I can't pretend to know much about credit scores except that I want mine to be as high as it can be.  Which credit score company do you check?

  • I use Clearscore. It might have something to do with the fact that Nationwide done 2 hard searches. They have applied to have one removed though so it will sort itself out.

I am the same want mine to be as high as possible.

I'm getting my keys on 26th March and I want my uncle to decorate the place. Gonna get him to decorate my room first so I can move in over that weekend.

I've got plenty of place to store stuff at my mum's. Gonna try not to buy much more though until I am in.
  • Just paid my last £200 in to my H2B ISA.

I'll request the closure of that account on the 3rd March so that my solicitor can apply for my 25% bonus for my deposit.

I keep a track of min on Experian (free version), Credit Karma and Clearscore... It's quite confusing that they all have different values though!

I think I have an obsessive personality and this is currently what's driving me with trying to clear the debts at the moment (along with the prospect of moving) I'm forever checking my bank, trying to work out the best way of making the payments.

Less than a month before you'll have the keys (whoop!) that's fantastic!

  • Oh I just use the one, I'll see how it improves over the next few months once the mortgage payments start coming off.

I was the same when I was paying off my debt the first time and I'll be the same this time too.

Just going to be on this journey a lot longer but I'm ready for it!
  • Just cancelled my Glossybox, have way to many toiletries anyway and that £11.75 could be better used elsewhere.

I signed up at the start of lockdown and to be honest I've rarely had all of the advertised items, I usually get a poor value substitute!  I've already cancelled mine so it won't auto renew, that means my last one will be April.  I can never understand if it's 'good value' or not because it seems cheap for the items but most of the things I don't really use anyway.   It's definitely one I won't miss receiving!

  • I've got the majority of the stuff in a box and think I've used maybe 2 or 3 things. A couple of the boxes have been gorgeous though and I'm a sucker for a nice box!
