@ditty1234 I cannot WAIT to go swimming!! Hope you enjoy.
Bad day today with back pain, spent 90% of the day working in bed. Work is also doing my head in to put it politely. BUT positives are I didn't dive into the chocolate bars, I was able to get a GP appointment and referral back to the pain clinic, and it was a beautiful day.7 -
Up early to wait for food delivery (2nd week in a row that mum has run out of something she needs - not essential but needed). Bins out, small table dismantled (old, plastic, been in the yard for about 3 years, most recently used to paint/ hold paint cans so large blue daubs and a bit of silver from when I did the gate lock). Took it easy for the rest of the day (coughing badly and didn't want to pass it on to mum) but two bagfuls of paperwork out to recycling. No money spent. May go to town tomorrow or Thursday - not sure when the schools break up but it will be easier to go and put cash in the bank before they do.
Grateful for series I am rereading, easy food (not feeling up to it, so just had a tin of soup for lunch and ham, cheese and grapes later), making progress slowly. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage4 -
Today I am grateful for dd having a good day at online school, for getting a kettlebell workout done before getting her up, for doing a few niggly emails, for making a phone call that enabled some banking stuff to happen (I hate phone calls!), for feeling useful.

Claimed some space back in the house today. Two charity bags collected from our front door.
We’ve had so many charity bags come through our letterbox in the last few weeks, and one day I took a closer look at them rather than just reading their title and accepting they’re legitimate. I was surprised to discover one bag that wasn’t actually a charity although the bag’s design was leading you to think it was. They had no charity number and a small statement saying they’d donate 10% of their profits to charity.
I’ve had a headache most of the day so I was grateful that work was at a slower pace. DS had a fall at nursery and bumped his head. By the time I arrived at the nursery, he was back running about playing with his little friends and wanted to stay. So he did.
Grateful today for an easier work day, waking up before my alarm, and elevenses with my mum.

It's only because there's nowhere to go and I'm doing my food shopping online (apart from local butcher and fruit shop) so I'm not being tempted by things I don't need. I think I will continue to do this. I really don't want to go inside a supermarket ever again.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.7 -

Afternoon turtles! I am also on NSD 11.
Having a lovely day of pottering about and kind of tying up loose ends, as a lot of classes were cancelled. Things seem to be winding down before Easter, or rather ppl are busy trying to finish work.
Lots of sunshine and 21 degrees today.
Skipped in the park for 3 songs and used the static bike for 20min indoors. Had omlette for lunch. Carrot and ginger soup will be for T
Grateful for my seedlings growing strong with all the sun, for having a week off next week, for free books
