We only exchanged yesterday for Friday completion.
Still got tomorrow but leaving it late. Shall I just pay estimated amount? It’s around 23k0 -

I paid my deposit (the amount above 10% required at exchange) before receiving my completion statement. I held off on paying my solicitor's fee until after I received it.Slips36 said:We only exchanged yesterday for Friday completion.

Why don't you send the 23k and you can get any overpayment back.1

I think I'd send it now Slips36, then email the solicitor to confirm. My solicitor gave me my completion figure plus the remaining amount due for his fee in an email.£216 saved 24 October 20140

Agree with the others, I'd transfer the money just to be on the safe side.
Luckily myself and my solicitors bank with the same company so my deposit transfer was confirmed as received within 30 minutes of me sending it. If you and your solicitor bank with different companies then it might take longer to clear.
Personally (to stop my nerves from shredding) I'd send the funds and email your solicitors to advise them and request confirmation of receipt along with a copy of the completion statement.0
