Ok that seems fairly straightforward. So my buyers solicitor phoned my solicitor for exchange at 11.00 am and gives him say till 2:00pm release time. My solicitor phones sellers solicitor for exchange, then goes back to my buyers solicitor and that should be it.0

Bit hit and miss, ringing solicitors take ages to get through. My sellers solicitor I’m fairly sure is working from home.
My removals guy rang me several times for definite booking for 5th March completion date. I just hope we can exchange soon.

I know it sounds like it'll be impossible for the solicitors to organise themselves to manage it, but it really does happen otherwise no one would ever move!
Fingers crossed for you.0 -
