Wow, reading the whole thing is dedication for sure!

Thank you so much, I still have a long way to go so I’m not celebrating yet but I have made huge inroads which I’m pleased about.

Thank you for cheering me on! And for reading the whole thing… I’m amazed you guys have read it all through.

Today isn’t a NSD for me, the grocery shopping needs to be done and I can’t really put it off any longer. We went for a lovely walk in the country park this morning and tired the dog out. This weather is lovely.
PAD made today, to CC7 and to the emergency fund. We have some new faces on the thread which is always nice to see.
Better go and make a list…
    Have a great day!

  • Yesterday was such a lovely day, and we got lots done in the garden to get it ready for Spring (which now seems to have gone away again) that today we are having a lazy day.  We don't need to be anywhere or do anything so it's a bonus day in my view.

PAD's counted and mine has been made (£450 to car account and £1.99 round down to CC7) next big payment is the mortgage and then waiting for CC7 statement to be generated.

Today will be a NSD for me. Tomorrow looks to be the same, in fact I've no plans this week so we will see how many we can get in :)

Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday

Managed to fool the dog this morning with the clocks going forwards so it feels like I have had a lie-in today!

Monday's come around far too quickly and I have had such a lovely weekend I really don't want to go back to work but I have to if I want to reach debt freedom!  I do need to book some annual leave soon though as we need to take 2 weeks leave before the end of June.

PAD's counted this morning and I sent £3.11 bank round down to CC7.  Today will be a NSD, we have all we need in stock for meals and I don't plan on going anywhere. Going to do some crafting after work, it feels better already with the lighter evenings!

No changes on the credit score front. All steady and stable which is a good thing :)

Nothing else to report, except I am too short to reach my office wall clock so there's a good chance I will end up finishing late today :(

  • Managed to finish on time as I managed to get hubby to change it for me :) He's far taller than I am and he has long arms too haha.

Hope everyone's had a lovely day, I am going to have a pre dinner gin in the garden before I start cooking... it's such great weather and much better than forecast so that's a bonus.

Foggy and murky start to the day here in stark contrast to yesterday evening.  It’s a bit chilly too, may be a jumper day.

PADs counted this morning and advertised for next month’s counter upper. My balances were all level so £5 sent to CC7 this morning.
Today will be another NSD. The only plans are to walk the dog and do some housework after I’ve finished work. Definitely going to track NSDs in April!
I hope everyone has a good Tuesday!

  • Terrible night's sleep last night, I seem to have the bad head cold that's doing the rounds so I feel like I've had about 2 hours kip.

I was watching the football last night and re-jigging my spreadsheet... There's a good chance I can bring my debt free day forward by 2 months to March 27th 2023.  This would (excitingly) mean that this time next year I will be debt free. When I look at the spreadsheet it's achievable, and allows for personal spending. The only thing not included is the energy rises, but at the moment, I contribute far more to the bills than hubby so he will have to put his hand in his pocket :D

Not going to commit to the new DFD just yet, as you never know what will happen but I'm just going to keep slogging away at it.

Made a £2 PAD to CC7 this morning, all the accounts are nicely rounded due to the end of the month and my run of NSDs.  Today will be my 4th NSD in a row. Definitely no plans whilst I am feeling poorly, except working from home and perhaps a lunchtime nap.

Hope everyone has a fab day
