You COULD provide the details, but make it clear you expect all of your personal data to be retrieved, even if it is for other recorded VRM or other PCN you dont know about. They m,ust provide a complete record of all data they hold on you.

I have just emailed them back with the VRN's and Letter reference numbers, that should be enough for them to provide a complete record of what they hold.
Just need to wait for a reply now

You missed my point
If there are PCNs you dont know about, they can now suggest you only asked for data about the PCNs you sent them. Thats why I said you must tell them you want ALL of your personal data. NOT JUST whats related to specific VRM or PCNs

Sorry forgot to mention in my reply to you, I did add in the email that 'I require a complete record of all data held under these details even if there are other VRM or PCN I do not know about.'

It's not a good idea to include a 'phone number. I hope you know how to block them. A 'phone call is not worth the paper upon which it is writ, but beware that they will record your calls and may use them as evidence against you.

So now DCB Legal have replied to my email too and it’s as follows:

Good morning,

 We write further to your email received in our office on 21st February 2021.

For data protection purposes and so that we may correspond with you via email, please confirm the following information:

• Your full name.

 Please note that failure to respond to this email with the required information may result in the matter progressing further.

We note that the subject of your email is “Subject access request ( Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) )”. Can you also please confirm if the SAR is directed at DCB Legal?

Do I really have to give them my full name?? And also the last question they’ve asked, the SAR was sent to First Parking LLP, should I send one to dcb legal too or should I just say No?
