Court hearing tomorrow. A little stressed. What do I need to take to the court other than a mask?

If it is a F2F then your copy of defence, witness statement and evidence plus summary costs assessment.  Your crib sheet to make sure you get over all the points you want to make to the judge.  Note paper and pen/pencil and a spare!  Take also a sheet of paper with the words (for when you win) "Can I turn to the matter of costs please Sir/Madam?"

Frankly , I am amazed that it's an F2F hearing !! Most are by phone or video link !

Plus read all the court reports over the last 2 years , especially the winning ones , search using a hit record by Queen

The NEWBIES thread has a hearing tips section already.  Take a wage slip or three, or proof of any loss of leave or income from attending the hearing.

Check the hearing Order that this really is a face to face hearing (rare this year) and not by phone.

THANK YOU GUYS CASE DISMISSED!!!

Claimant tried to take me to a side room and offered a discount on the whole thing, I said no i'm not paying we'll face the judge I know my stuff. 
10 mins later we go in and the judge starts to question the claimant straightaway and she looked confused. The Judge knew about the whole 'parking scam bs' and he just dismissed as the claimant had a lack of information and could not prove anything. She only had pictures of my cars but nothing else, no signs nothing. Their bundle was useless to the judge. 

Thank you for your help guys, really appreciate it I couldn't have done it without you! Walked out of the court like a bawseeee!

The legals tend to have only been given the paperwork at the last minute and know very little. Dcb legal and First Parking lose again !

I've mentioned it at the end but the Judge said I was only allowed to claim transport costs so got a tenner for fuel, not a lot but that was satisfying
