CP Plus Alleging Overstay

Hi All!
My partner received a PCN from CP Plus alleging an overstay at a MOTO services towards the end of last year. The vehicle was rented from Enterprise and the first correspondence in relation to this came from Enterprise in January. The postal PCN from CP Plus was received only last week. The driver at the time had pulled into the services as they had been awake for 20 hours and was feeling very tired. Exercising common sense, the driver sensibly exited the motorway and pulled into the services to get some sleep. The driver woke up 3 hours later, completely unaware of any parking infringement and continued with their onward journey. No windscreen sticker had been applied. My partner was not only billed a £35 admin fee from Enterprise, but is now being chased for £100 from CP Plus.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

if you look at other moto cases you will see link to CEO , who you email nicely and he cancels the ticket
enterprise are classifying this as a statutory parking ticket , get the ticket cancelled then send copy of cancelation to enterprise and state that the INVOICE has been cancelled , money back or get bank involved3 -

Thanks for your reply. Regarding CP Plus, have they exceeded the time limit on sending this PCN?0 -
hard to say , because it was sent to enterprize , chances are they cocked up , but go for cancelation first3

the CEO of Moto as suggested in other threads on this forum and it worked. Ken McMeikan (Ken.McMeikan@moto-way.co.uk)
name of parking co , ticket number vrn and date2 -

Many thanks, will try that route.0 -
POFA defines those time limits , but being a hire vehicle gives c p plus more time to get the PCN to the hirer
Plan A is best anyway , regardless , by the hirer complaining by email to the CEO of Moto and getting it cancelled at source , nothing is more important than plan A , the CEO has been cancelling them in droves recently3 -

Thanks for your reply. I’ll email MOTO and hopefully they can intervene.1 -
There's a phone number on the thread right next to yours. I'm surprised when you searched the forum for MOTO you didn't find all the threads, there's one showing a cancellation email from MOTO to CP Plus, cancelling nearly 40 PCNs due to complaints, in one go.
Easy to resolve, but horrific harassment for you so get angry about it and tell MOTO how you feel about this unwelcome threat.
Get MOTO to cancel it (they will) then prove to Enterprise it's been cancelled and I think their policy is to refund all or part of the £35.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you’re right regarding Enterprise. If they receive proof of cancellation it is their policy to provide a full refund.2 -
MOTO (and Roadchef, whose customers are suffering the same thing right now) really, really need to hear people's anger about this harassment.
CP Plus have sat on data for years, never suing anyone, then due to COVID halting their so-called 'business' cash flow, they've scraped the barrel of all the DVLA data they hold and are picking people off like shooting fish in a barrel. Imagine how many scared people are just paying up, have MOTO even thought about that or do they think fighting fires and cancelling PCNs for the tiny percentage savvy enough to complain to them as the landowner, is good enough as a response?
Absolutely atrocious that this is happening during lockdown just because Group Nexus isn't making any money out of new victims right now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
