Kitchen floor now done.  
DH should be home soon and DD1 a bit later on.  Just need to put kitchen table and chairs back in the right part of the room and then get on with preparing my fish pie.

Hi ladies, busy day here. Lots of free wood collected from chap down the road, me and kids were back and forth with armfuls for ages! Banana loaf in oven (thank you Valli), fire lit, dog walked, SD chat had with friend on their doorstep, chickens fussed.

Hello all.  Just the paid stuff and dailies done here.  I walked the dogs and had a lovely soak in the bath.

Polly fussed... I stroked the wrong place so she decided every time I touched her she had to bite me.. so that was my amusement for the day.

I need to go re-feed the DW and send OH to shop for cucumber and child food.. I have meat and potatoes but they think I am trying to kill them if I feed them that.. Apart from Pixie who would eat an entire pig given the chance! Mince from yesterday can be fed to OH and DS2. I have corned dog in my head for tomorrow so it is just me and Boog who are picky.. I have quorn bits and fish though.. and OH can get Boog pies or something. New potatoes and veg/salad too I think. Oh.. I have some carrots to use up.. and I will throw a banana loaf or 3 in.

New diary arrived.. so now I get to spend 5 years finding alll the appointments and adding them in.. and zoom codes.. and everything else...

Hospital rang re. Dot assesment but they rang off after 2 rings before I had chance to answer it.

So, Washing shuffle and DW and TD to get on..

Been for SD walk. 🐀 out as well as squirrels 🐿 🦢 🦆 mandarin duck grebe coots and moorhens.
Been to mr l.  I have milk and butter!

Good evening.
Paid stuff today, so not much flying done. We went for a dog walk, played with toys, read books and danced around to silly songs - so just the normal stuff.
The vet has been phoned re grumpy dog. He has a sore elbow, and possibly paw. He keeps licking & scratching, and he is making it bleed - all over my carpet! (yes, the one I had cleaned 2 weeks ago!!) Cold water and a white microfibre cloth gets it out. Appointment has been made for Wednesday. 
I am hoping for some nice weather over the weekend, and I aim to get some outside jobs done. I need to keep indoors ticking over too, as well as the paperwork - keep all the plates spinning, as it were!

Morning all,

Up early for a Saturday but DS was up at 5, so I followed shortly after. He is playing with his marble connecting bits and I’m having a cuppa!

We will head out for a short dog walk when it gets light. I have already put the 

WM on, and the forecast tells me it will be okay to hang outside. Other than an Olio pick up the day is our own.

Morning early birds here too.
Miss Muddy Paws had a trip to the vets on Thursday. She has a very runny nose and cough. Also black stuff coming from her ears. She has to be given antibiotics and ear drops. So much fun, I have a few scratches. 

After being lazy yesterday I plan to do some sorting at dancegran’s house and hopefully paint a couple of living room walls at home. DS2 has been away for 7.5 weeks now so I should have achieved more.


Valli -  I would have returned the pants except I tried to remove the price stickers and it left a sticky mess so I put some paper on the packs. They will do someone good so I’m not worried.
