I still haven't received mine in the post (despite being told it had been sent).  However, I called up and was able to set it up over the phone, after some straightforward security stuff.
It was also the only thing I didn't get sent - but was also quick and easy to set up on the telephone - so wasn't an issue really.

I applied and was turned down but offered a different account. No idea why i own my home have excellent credit score so was pretty hacked off with them. Anyone else had same result?
Does your salary match up with the monthly payments required?

You could always appeal, but most likely you just weren't the customer type you were after. Happens. Credit score is irrespective.
I got one and my income is less than £1750 per month.  However, Nat west are constantly turning me down for credit card even though I have an account with them and have excellent credit record, own home out right, no loans etc etc.

    One can't fathom banks sometimes.

My switch has all gone through nicely. How long before I should see £125 in my account?

Any new HSBC customers received the telephone banking information yet?  I've had everything else; debit card, card PIN, account switch completion letter and welcome to HSBC pack.
I had to ring up to get mine as it didn't come through the post.

Out of interest when did you start the switch? I start on the 10th and heard nothing at all.

Signed up to switch to this account yesterday, one for my wife, and one for me.

We both got all the way through to the 'All done' tick and 'What happens next' page, which states we will receive a 'welcome pack by email'

Nearly 24hours later, and still no welcome email for either of us. How long did it take others to receive this? Thanks

It was about 5-6 days later I received the welcome email (after I'd received debit card)

Have you had anything yet? I signed up on the 10th of Feb and heard absolutely nothing since. Contacted them a few times to be told it was "in progress". How long can it take!
