Signed up to switch to this account yesterday, one for my wife, and one for me.
We both got all the way through to the 'All done' tick and 'What happens next' page, which states we will receive a 'welcome pack by email'
Nearly 24hours later, and still no welcome email for either of us. How long did it take others to receive this? Thanks0 -
It was about 5-6 days later I received the welcome email (after I'd received debit card)1
