do you know the BPA have not issued any sanction points since 2019 http://bpa.seniortest.co.uk/AOS-Sanctions Sanction points issued 1 March 2018 to 28 February 20190

12 points - These contraventions occur where the operator has been convicted of criminal law in respect of his operation or where the operator has seriously abused or misused DVLA DataI wonder why they would have this classification unless there was a likelihood of this happening. Reveals more than the words say! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

or where the operator has seriously abused or misused DVLA Data
but this would be parking eye with there faulty ANPR double dip and abuse DVLA
then there was smart , guy on pepipoo with shopping trolley
the bpa are just a cover up machinism somehow allowed by the DVLA
DVLA leave BPA to contol members , BPA refuse to accept black and white abuse of system1 -
Seemslegitium - have you spoken to Matthew Pennycook - MP for Greenwich regarding this?I had a meeting with him when I lived in Greenwich regarding the CCPC pay and display setup in a residential street. He basically told me that the housing association (Moat) had duped me into signing the tenancy agreement. Moat said residents "should" get a parking space in the underground car parks (word of mouth and not in writing) and Matthew assisted me in getting a move as a matter of urgency with Moat.I have been in contact with him again recently regarding the same issue as you (CCPC and DCBL letters) but he is unable to assist me anymore as I am no longer in his constituency.Maybe a nice long detailed email about how CCPC have been acting, with all the proof gathered over various threads here will entice him to use his powers, considering you're still in his constituency?Just a thought.4

Any advice as to what to include in the email?1 -
As I said, I emailed him and he was unable to help as I no longer live there. There is a chance, I suppose, that another complaint about CCPC will want him to investigate but he is probably busy helping his actual constituents.

Hi all,
Sorry about the necro, but got an email from DCB Legal:Good Afternoon,
We write in response to your email dated --/--/2021
For data protection please provide the following:
• Your full name
• Your first line of address
• Your postcode
Please note, failure to respond to this email with the required information may result in the matter progressing further.
Dates redacted for obvious reasons.
While it seems to be an unassuming request, this email is in response to an email I sent them over a year ago; in which I specifically asked them to state their intentions within 7 days.
I'm assuming I should respond with the requested info, but wanted some advice from here first.
Do I respond with the info they're asking for? Are they fishing? Should I ignore it? Help!

Ignore that. God they are desperate.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, today got the exact same email, asking for the exact same info, from the exact same person at DCB Legal, only with the other reference number I've got.
They didn't bother to reply to the other email. What a joke.
