as he had formed a new company and was active , i noted that the BPA did not have 2 entries , relating to terry towel , T/A or Ltd
so "assumed" that the T/A was no longer a bpa member and they had substituted the Ltd company in the alphabetical listing
the question was simple and to the point

"when did Terry SZMIDT T/A capitol carpark patrol cease to be a member of the BPA AOS , and secondly

when did Capitol carpark patrol LIMITED become a member

    thank you XX XXX

and the reply as pasted above was "thank you for your email.

Ican confirm that Capital Car Park Control Ltd joined our Approved Operator Scheme on 01/02/2010. They have been members ever since this date.

this is plainly only half an answer , and in fact the part they did address seems to be incorrect

perhaps a fob off email , or perhaps the question was to hard for them

I think others have made the same observation - in your haste to post you keep making the same mistake ... there is no Patrol in any form of that company's name (AFAIK anyway).

  • ok

the scoundral is going to get away with this , DCBL will have sent out 100s of those claims ,  , and Mr gulible will either get a default or pay up

Steve clark knows about this , he was asked the question about dates , and linked to posts on here, his idea of passing this on , was to pass a half question to someone that did not understand it and then gives false info , steve clarks hand are now washed clean as he has fowarded question on
  • just to add , the BPA are playing "operation cleasnup" as we speak

it seems that in the last 48 hrs , the nasme of the company has changed from capitol carpark control , to  capitol carpark control LTD

I took a screenshot of capitol carpark control  the other night when i was composing email to BPA about the change of name from T/A to Ltd

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • where are copies of the DVLA printout  when they asked for your details , all that is shown is a form saying "we got details from dvla" you need to see the dvla copy in order to check if the request was genuine and the company details he used , and the replies from the DVLA

also I dont see a bunch of follow up / threat letters

A subject acces request is ALL info relating to you , not selected smippets , the DVLA reply to him (you need to see 5 of those) includes YOUR name and YOUR address , you are the subject , you require ALL the info , even if its 100 pages , and they have 31 days to send it to you

I edited my post as you were replying. :)  I think the nudge as you've posted it isn't forceful enough - it doesn't properly convey the discrepancy.
    I agree

The public do not realise that the BPA is licenced by government as an ATA
Just like James Bond has a licence to kill, that can be revoked anytime
The BPA should come clean on this very quickly.  Something is being hidden by the BPA.  They have either made a gross error or they have been been duped. If it's the latter then there is only one option open to them

Accredited Trade Association status is awarded by the DVLA, the Government is not involved.

If i'm honest, all of the letters he sent me (excluding the responses to my appeals! and my appeals themselves!) are in the SAR - he went quiet in late 2017, presumably he got my response to his chase letters in which I threatened to file a harassment case. All quiet until a month ago when I got letters from DCBL, and now with letters from DCB Legal.

I'll let you know what the BPA says, and we can get a strong response together to show them how crooked CCPC are.

An agent of the government  so it implicates the DVLA
