I think you're right on that one, although I don't think the DVLA would be allowed to correct the form on their behalf - although I'm surprised they even accepted it with the boxes like that, most companies I deal with would tell you to submit a new form!Jenni_D said:1. It actually looks like they've filled in the wrong box, scrubbed it out and changed the selection. It also seems like they repeatedly made the same mistake ... maybe the forms were filled by an admin then checked by someone else before sending? Either that or the DVLA changed it for them. (Everything has been entered using a Word Processor but the box selection had been changed by hand as well as a few other notations added).1 -
it should be noted that the BPA have tipped off mr smitz and DCBL , and have in the words of the BPA "within your correspondence regarding some of the cases involving, and these have been shared with the operator and DCBL who have initiated a thorough review of all the cases and if any errors are identified, these will be rectified."
I would expect editing and amendments on a large scale , as clearly the BPA are in cahoots with mr smitz (website changes last week)
for some reason I cannot opeen the redected sar , but can more or less guess what it looks like0 -
just got sar from dvlaSeemslegitium said:Hey all,
Just got my SAR back from the DVLA.
The forms our 'friend' Terry filled out are an absolute mess, multiple problems with them.
Redacted copy: https://imgur.com/a/YVH10pC- Under company details, both boxes have been filled, when the form explicitly tells you that only one box can be filled. (this is present on all 5 of the forms!!)
- Company name is incorrect. It is filled out as 'Capital Car Park Control', however this does not match the ICO number. This should have been filled out as 'Terry Szmidt T/A Capital Car Park Control', with other trading names as 'Capital Car Park Control'
- Company address not completely filled. Only the 1st line of the address is given, and the postcode, but not the street address.
- Section 5 says they intend on pursuing the RK to recover the cost of the invoice, however they have not complied with PoFA (even by their own admission!), and so the RK has no liability. Therefore they should not be in possession of my data.
- Section 6. Notice how the full street address is given. Why didn't they give this for the company address?
thought you said there wer 5 tickets all on seperate days , where are the other 4 v888/3 forms ?0 -

Also, as a by-the-by thing, the date company was established in section 2 is given as 10/2007, however the ICO number was registered on 09/2009, so this may be incorrect.
the "company" was never a company , it is a sole trader who can choose to work or simpply stop work as he wishes
regarding the dates , this is from the BPA coverup club
Your correspondence prompted me to look more deeply into this matter and to look at our financial relationship with Terry Smidzt T/A Capital Car Park Control. We have been sending e-mails to Mr Smidzt from the point of him joining the BPA in 2010, up to when he asked us to change his entity to Capital Car Park Control Limited effective from 24 August 2020.
I still believe this simple change of name vis wrong , its not just a name change , its a new company , needing new signage , new letterheads and new website , and should be placed on probation for several months
as posted above

I do have the other 4, but they're all identical barring the incident location, date of incident, reference number, and date requested, so I just posted the 1 as all of those details are redacted anyway. All mistakes I've highlighted are present on all 5 forms.blackdog2220 said:Seemslegitium said:

Haven't heard from them.blackdog2220 said:ok thanks for clarifying , have DCBL taken you up on mediation yet
Landowner did get back to me though for the 3 that I think I can get cancelled. They've sent off a couple of emails to their security team who should be able to get these cancelled, so here's to hoping there.1 -
Seemslegitium and blackdog2220
There is clearly a major problem here and you are being fobbed off
Do the BPA and DVLA share the same TARDIS ?? It is simply not possible for the BPA to be told back in 2010 of a new company formation in 2020 >>> Capital Car Park Control Limited
It is clear there is a huge cover up happening and the BPA needs to be investigated by government
This includes DCBL for possible negligence and findings sent to the SRA
You guys need to take this matter as high as you can1 -
from a "has been" at the BPA , who has now run off to water the flowers until his retirrementbeamerguy said:Seemslegitium and blackdog2220
