Nobody is sending anyone on wild goose chase apart from this issue which starts with the BPA and must end with the BPA
Who would ever believe that a staff member of the AOS team in the BPA would claim that the limited company was a member over 10 years prior to the formation of that company in 2020 ?0 -

Hi all,
Just had a brain fart in the shower and realised that I may know who the landowner is / who may have authority to cancel 3 of these PCNs.
Do we have a template somewhere of a Letter to the Land Owner?
Many thanks!1 -
Do we have a template somewhere of a Letter to the Land Owner?Nope. It's a DIY. There's no template capable of covering the myriad of potential issues, that impact on individuals in different ways with differing circumstances and emotions, and covering all the potential mitigating factors across a vast array of different landowners across various parts of the country. Think about it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

blackdog2220 said:where are copies of the DVLA printout when they asked for your details , all that is shown is a form saying "we got details from dvla" you need to see the dvla copy in order to check if the request was genuine and the company details he used , and the replies from the DVLA
also I dont see a bunch of follow up / threat letters
A subject acces request is ALL info relating to you , not selected smippets , the DVLA reply to him (you need to see 5 of those) includes YOUR name and YOUR address , you are the subject , you require ALL the info , even if its 100 pages , and they have 31 days to send it to you2 -

DVLA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTSYou should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.ukThis service is free of charge.Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
