Gosh I am very tired. Spend day today, and probably tomorrow, was planning to get out again today to pick up some bits but it didn't happen. I am behind with admin from before I transitoned into the new role. Am going to get it cleared tomorrow. I have a fridge full of veg ,and meat coming tomorrow - looking forward to yummy meals and getting stuff in the freezer,
Grateful for:
- a walk to the beach this morning

Evening all
So today has been a bit of a mare if I'm honest. Started well with a physio appointment, took the scenic route down the country lanes and life was good. Then logged on to my laptop to see one of the kids I work with had been stabbed overnight and also arrested so literally spent my entire day dealing with that. Finally logged off about half an hour ago, working tomorrow as well.
So budget out the window as I said to OH that I want a takeaway! I never say that! But I just need it today. And it's just arrived so I'm off to enjoy it haha. Have a good weekend all!

Gratitude
Some people could be given an entire field of roses and only see the thorns. Others could be given a single weed and only see the wildflower in it. Perception is a key component to gratitude and gratitude is key component to joy. Amy Weatherly
Express gratitude for
1) something you like about yourself
2) a challenge you've overcome
3) something you created
4) something you often take for granted
5) something beautiful you saw today
6) someone who inspires you
7) something you use everyday
Dead people receive more flowers than the living ones because regret is stronger than gratitude Anne Frank
1. my legs for being able to walk.
2. hmmmm.
3. I don't make things, but dinner was nice. (freezer food)
4. Hot water.
5. my house rabbit.
6. My best friend
7. The shower.
my poor bun is ill again. I have to wait and see how bad it is. I did pay for the vets but it will be claimed back on the insurance. Best case scenario is he is referred to a specialist, worse case I need to make the awful choice, middle case scenario (I don't think that is a thing but it is now) we manage the situation until the end.
Nevertheless she persisted.8 -

Good evening!!!
Had a nice day yesterday, and went for a long walk. Also bagged NSD number 2. Today was more of a stay at home day, as didn't really feel up to much. I did nip to the shop and bought a few things and sat in with a movie... Then an unplanned facetime with 2 old friends just brightened up my evening no end.
My Gratitude List:
1) something you like about yourself - sense of humour
2) a challenge you've overcome - not standing up for myself
3) something you created - helped create a stable home for Mum and Dad the last few years
4) something you often take for granted - my health, mobility, senses
5) something beautiful you saw today - my 2 lovely friends
6) someone who inspires you - Katie Piper (girl who was victim of an acid attack)
7) something you use everyday - running water, electricity and gas - i am fortunate to have these 🙏🏻

evening
Had a trip out today - to the dentist! getting a new retainer so had to have a mould made of my teeth. Was nice to talk to actual people in RL not on a screen. Walked to the shop in the rain after work as i wanted wine, bought a couple of YS items too.
Gratitudes - lighter days; nice text chat with colleague; getting a good broadband deal

How To Feel Your Feelings
1) Something 'off'
2) What am I feeling?
3) Where in my body do I feel it?
4) If it could talk, what would it say?
5) What might this be teaching me?
6) What do I need right now?
7) What tiny steps can I take to meet my need?
