    Does anyone know if Halifax only arrange valuation after they have approved the income side? App currently with underwriters, valuation money has been taken but MA said they won’t book it until we’ve passed underwriting

    Valuation is usually the last stage. income checks generally done first.

    We put our application with Halifax on 2nd August. Halifax keep asking questions (my husband is self-employed) valuation has been done and it was fine. I really do not know what they are looking for?! I don't know if them asking questions its a good or a bad thing. I am panicking

    Had my valuation yesterday but report not sent back to Halifax yet. 
    Most people on here got decision next day which is worrying as now decision cant happen until EServ has sent the valuation. :(

    We are up to below 
    AIP - 18/08
    Full application - 20/08
    Valuation - 20/08 (came back fine) 

    and now heard nothing since. Broker says our app is fairly straight forward. Has anyone else experienced any delays with update/offers

    My valuation got sent to Halifax today according to EServ but Halifax said they not go it.
    Hopefully they get and review and let me know tomorrow.

    Halifax have not pulled an additional audit to check my Husband’s employment, P60 and contract etc. Has anyone had this before. This is the most nerve wracking process
