Also, under the BPA policy everyone can just dump their cars in the blue badge, ambulance bays, hatched areas, helipads, even block the entrance/exit so no one else can get their jab/test with impunity... a complete joke.

The BPA policy erodes a landowners rights and dictates that anyone who is having a covid jab can park ANYWHERE with impunity; it is not limited to the test/vaccination centres. 

I think subliminally the BPA are recognising that 'landowners' rights' is but a very thin veneer propagated by PPCs as justification for their cash grab from motorists. 

I would imagine that a significant majority of landowners would have little objection to a short use of their car park for their fellow human beings to receive life-saving protection against a deadly disease ravaging the world and particularly this country. 100,000 already dead (and a further 1,700 today) don't forget, but don't let that get in the way of PPCs 'protecting landowners' rights'!

@AnotherForumite sorry if I've missed something here but just remind us which PPC you're representing? I'm astounded to be the one to break it to you, but the health needs of any population, let alone the most vulnerable, have to come first.  Yes, ahead of the imagined rights of PPCs.  Fancy that!

@BrownTrout but surely to represent a company here, you have to come clean and get official right of reply?   Oh hang on, all rules are suspended in the once-in-a-century global pandemic scenario.  Even those crucial to human health and stopping the spread, like parking?

this "landowner rights" is the line Will Hurley always comes out with and its something they hide behind as their way of making money
