Is this supposed to be an answer oh dear why comment if you don’t understand unless you are trying to ridicule a real problem and try to evade this being put across. My information is quite clear as being provided form the ICO and Norton Escalations team you seem to be inferring their responses make no sense what is the point of ridiculing me and them! Is this not a web site to take companies to account? It’s very strange then and complete diatribe waffle you are reply with.

I think you will find I have already given this information as it should be not something you have not read!
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Why would they offer me something free I have already purchased !
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Why would they be not processing data legally and providing reply stating thier processing times for the data I have requested. This is clearly as on the [1/11/2021, 10:00:27 AM] Lauren response indicated the lonon company has not paid its regulatory fee on the date given .I ask you to let me know if they are on this list https://ico.org.uk/about-the-ico/what-we-do/register-of-fee-payers/.0 -
My question?
Why are they going on about the dark web what are they doing there?1 -
According to the Norton Software on my devices. The Messages Norton put up to get me to said if I did not (go to in my case to a retail shop and) purchase a new licence then my devices would all be open and risk to dark web an its nefarious and malicious intentions to infect all devices . This according to them was a serious signficant risk to my devices operating correctly. I really do not know why NortonLifeLoc is doing this to prevent my puchased licence being used in 13 days. Everthing they seem to do is Failing, Failing, Failing thier customers and Denial, Denial, Denial of any wrong doing. I honestly have found no terms of use under banking sector that shows you can use the personal information owned by that bank can be said for the purposes Norton allege and mandate that it is requires.
I have asked publically for anyone to provide mandate from the banking sectors in terms of thier terms and conditions that allows this specific use by NortonLifeLock of bank property in respect to bank cards, security information and personal address . No one has provided this therefore there use must 'not be prescribed' or mandated by the banks.
If I can purchase their software easily in store why do I need to provide my personal information and bank owned data including security data to be provided to them which seems to be in no doubt from my bank in forming me in a telephone converstation that I should not be providing Norton at all as the purchase of thier goods has already been made.
Why do I need to provide my personal information and bank owned data including security data to be provided to them when they appear to have no respect to data processing and are not signed up with regulatory agencies in the UK and Ireland. Does this not ring alarm bells?

I also have to state that in terms and allegation of individuals on this messaging system not making myself clear. The read text aloud system on this website was able to read all the reponses and make them all very clear without and condemnation of them.0

"Come to terms" or i.e. come to legal terms is a legal term quite frankly this is not much to understand I purchased a licence under Sale of Goods Act 2015 , which I had to open under direction by Norton LifLoc ( Mumbai) this voided my contract with the shop which I have purchased Licencing without a problem from which we are now in the eleventh year of ten of these without registration problem. I was told by Norton Life Loc( Mumbai) that if initially I registered my bank cards and personal detail. If I wanted to I could then remove this and I would have their software. I asked them on the 1st of January 2021 where this data was being processed as it is quite clear a web form can send information electronically by email or by electronic database entry as part of SQL to any territorial location. This was not provided. Through the days 1 to 10 Norton LifeLoc ( Mumbai) deviously evaded giving me a protective software from the dark web and demanded I provide more personal information when I had already procured a licence and had legal rights to use it .This changed when I complained that they were not answering request for information from addresses they had given and blatantly was just demanding more personal data and promising escalation and telephone contact three separate times which never manifested or occurred.. I contacted ICO 11 January 2021 and spoke to a helpful person who at ICO who incomed me that according to https://ico.org.uk/about-the-ico/what-we-do/register-of-fee-payers/. Norton LifeLoc (London) @ 100 New Bridge Street, London, England, EC4V 6JA. [1/11/2021, 10:00:27 AM] Lauren: There does not appear to be one in that name. In respect to an entry and anyone could check for themselves. I contacted the DPC at info@dataprotection i.e. or otherwise Data Protection Council requesting a copy of the registration for Norton Life Loc (Dublin) there has been no response to-date.
On Jan 12, 4:31 AM (23 hours ago) Under Case #60505818 [EO] offered “As a one-off exceptional gesture, I would like to offer you a free Norton subscription equivalent to the product you purchased that can be added to your Norton account linked to this email address.” Although this is generous offer it does not come to legal terms in respect to subsequent years which I will be paying for my product in store and again having this or similar problem NOT by autorenewal. I am not a lazy person and deal with my affairs when they occur. As a Registered known customer of Norton LifeLoc with a login to their portal what else do I need to identify myself or my purchase is genuine than their licence number. ? I should re reasonable able to add it to my account which currently has been removed as an option having been there ten years to my knowledge.

As already which you seem to have not tried if you are having difficulties the read aloud text system on this system is quite capable of reading my posts with out condemnation are you suggesting this is not the case. I therefore do not see how this is helpful as it suggests if the computers system can read it why would you not be able to!How many times do you need to be told that your posts any not in any way clear?
