Please take on board what a growing number of posters are telling you and take a step back, a deep breath and try to explain things without including irrelevant links, addresses, phone numbers or case numbers.
Unless you are just having a rant - in which case, people will almost certainly leave you to it.
Understand this - people are trying to understand what your issue is in order to (try to) offer help, advice and support.

Are these not  funny replies not even one objective comment stating yes we checked the url given to see if  Norton is not registered to process data.  How odd .

You can infer what ever you like its Free .

You seem like clever individuals with good English but is it common in questioning to check facts !

The very fact that you dont question this is questionable,  perhaps zx81 you will inform me about processing of data and registration  under the Information Acts to pay a registratin fee to process data? Perhaps you will provde me bank terms of use showing me Norton Life Loc can do what they are doing  legally?

Do you understand this Jan 12, 4:31 AM (23 hours ago) Case #60505818 [EO] offered “As a one-off exceptional gesture, I would like to offer you a free Norton subscription equivalent to the product you purchased that can be added to your Norton account linked to this email  It was written by norton Norton_Escalation@nortonlifelock.com not me .

I certainly will. But first you must express the question clearly, so that I can understand what you want to know.

State - in comprehensible English - what you think Norton are doing that breaches bank terms - and state those terms that it breaches.

No waffle. No case links. No made up phrases.

But before you do - check that we are all talking about the same company, as you have not once referred to Norton LifeLock, but to the made up company of Norton LifeLoc.  That in itself may explain some of the cloud of confusion that engulfs you.
I note your post is edited meaning you are or have a suprior account and or a moderator of this board why then as a Moderator

Is this supposed to be an answer oh dear why comment if you don’t understand unless you are trying to ridicule a real problem and try to evade this being put across.  My information is quite clear as being provided form the ICO and Norton Escalations team you seem to be inferring their responses make no sense what is the point of ridiculing me and them! Is this not a web site to take companies to account? It’s very strange then and complete diatribe waffle you are reply with.

I asked for clear English, and for you to focus on the question. You have done neither.

It may be that you do not actually know what your question is, which I now suspect is the case. Because you don't actually know what the problem is, or what you're asking, and therefore cannot explain it to anyone, you're never going to be able to get a clear resolution to it.

Just to clarify and to save you being further confused. We do not have moderators here on MSE , any person with an established posting history can modify or change their posts, although I have no idea why you singled out the one you did for a mention ?

Please we are trying to help, but you are just posting random words in no particular order, your posts do not make any sense and you also seem unclear about which company you are referring to. You can make up words and terms but at least try and get the company name right, there are many companies that have subsidiaries or branches in different areas that use different names and due to the laws of the area in which they are established, may have different requirements - at the very least please try and understand this point.

In one sentence only, no waffle, no made up terms -
    1) what company are you referring to
    2) what is the issue
    3) what are you trying to achieve?

Just as a point to try and make you see what we are faced with - this paragraph of yours
I note your post is edited meaning you are or have a suprior account and or a moderator of this board why then as a Moderator

That appears to be a question without a question mark- and reading it carefully- no actual question!  You end that statement with the question 'why then as a Moderator ' - that is a distinct question but makes no sense, can you not see that?  Possibly I am being unfair in singling out this paragraph, but it shows that your use of language is confusing us, it is a random comment that serves no purpose and leaves me baffled.
