Just spoken to Natwest. Apparently it's with the underwriter and we should have an offer confirmed by close of play Tuesday. We shall see.

Question to our NatWest BDM yesterday;-

"App submitted on 09/05 not yet showing on tracker. Is there likely to be a problem, or is it just workload?"

Answer from out NatWest BDM yesterday;-

"Case still at pre-underwrite stage – they are taking 8 days through this stage and a further 7 for underwrite at the moment."
We managed to go from nothing to initial underwrite yesterday, to offer, all in one day.

    Hi all, I’m new here.
After unsuccessful application with nationwide we have applied for DIP with Natwest and been accepted straight away.
We got declined with nationwide for overdraft 🙈 and DIP was referred.
hoping that Natwest will be more flexible as we are their customers

Was it an overdraft on your bank statement/account?

Yes, and we didn’t know that we can’t dip in it.
