We managed to go from nothing to initial underwrite yesterday, to offer, all in one day.kingstreet said:Question to our NatWest BDM yesterday;-
"App submitted on 09/05 not yet showing on tracker. Is there likely to be a problem, or is it just workload?"
Answer from out NatWest BDM yesterday;-
"Case still at pre-underwrite stage – they are taking 8 days through this stage and a further 7 for underwrite at the moment."I am a mortgage broker.
