Does anyone know where in the process this is?  I know the valuation is being done today, but do the ticks mean it has gone to underwriting? Full application was done on 5th May.

do you know why valuation is on red if you having it done today? Mine is on red but had no confirmation of valuation yet.

Hi,

It will change to complete (tick) once the valuation has been physically done.

I’m not sure, bank statements were ticked on mine but then they asked for another more recent one.

Not necessarily. I had a tick next to my bank statements and then they requested them to be re uploaded as there was an issue with how they had uploaded to digidocs. Also when everything was ticked, they had further asked for ID and then to confirm the name of solicitors and I only found this out when I rang chasing as everything was ticked.

I’m only on working day 7 so it seems a quick process, they asked today for my husband SA100 as he is SE and nothing else. All ticked apart from solicitor details and valuation in today I had 11 items on tracker but only 2 remaining
