Hi everyone, how long have you all waited after valuation to receive a response about an offer?I’m a ftb and submitted my application through a broker on 10/05 and valuation was done yesterday (23/05)0

I think ours were ticked as checked after working day 8. Then requested more info and a further few days to assess. Think it was approx 15 working days in total from when the documents were initially uploaded and valuation came back (in fact the valuation was the quickest thing to be checked). Ours did feel like longer because of all the bank holidays ha ha.Anna_HB said:
I’m only on working day 7 so it seems a quick process, they asked today for my husband SA100 as he is SE and nothing else. All ticked apart from solicitor details and valuation in today I had 11 items on tracker but only 2 remaininglauralooo said:
Not necessarily. I had a tick next to my bank statements and then they requested them to be re uploaded as there was an issue with how they had uploaded to digidocs. Also when everything was ticked, they had further asked for ID and then to confirm the name of solicitors and I only found this out when I rang chasing as everything was ticked.Anna_HB said:Could anyone please tell me if items are ticked on tracker does it means it’s been approved or accepted?0 -

Looking at their current service levels; 56% of applications are offered within 14 working days so it’s getting better by the looks of things0

Congratulations well done! I had my application 5th May, Valuation 11th May and today is 25th May I haven't heard anything. I am self employed and taking additional borrowing on a buy-to-let product. Just waiting for them to respond. I am 14 working days after application and 10 working days after valuation.D2472 said:Timeline for us for anyone thinking how long atm

Our application went in on 24th, credit check is done and now waiting for the underwriters. Husband is a sole trader, NatWest have only asked for the last bank statement, payslip and tax returns. Is this a good sign?0
