Anyone know how long it took to get the valuation report once it was complete mine was done on the 20th and still not received, TIA0
-
Hi - my tracker showed valuation report as received on the same day the valuation bod had come to inspect, albeit around 7pm when the inspection had been at 10am. This was a valuation done 29/09 though and I’m gleaning from this forum that valuation appointments have taken longer since then. Might also be a regional thing as I suspect they contract out. Mine is West Yorkshireshanod said:Anyone know how long it took to get the valuation report once it was complete mine was done on the 20th and still not received, TIA0 -
I’m assuming mine was a desktop as the tracker updated to say one has been instructed / one has been completed on the same day.0

Hi all, wondering if with service levels as they, whether Natwest are any more likely to conduct a desktop valuation? Submitted through a broker on the 14th and yet to hear anything at all. Very anxious as property is old (c1800) with much modernisation needing to be done, and located in a rural village with little comparable properties sold - convinced of a down valuation or retention of some kind and the wait is excruciating... am I right in thinking this is particularly common at the moment?0

Can't help with the service levels but my property is very similar. 18th Century, in a hamlet of 3 house that haven't sold in 20+ years and nothing within 10 miles of a similar nature to compare. They decided to do a physical valuation I think in part because of the above and it came back at purchase price!Whittlesea said:Hi all, wondering if with service levels as they, whether Natwest are any more likely to conduct a desktop valuation? I think they'll only do a desktop valuation if they have enough information available to compare?0 -
Wow that’s quick, am in east mids to Leicestershire. We applied on the 4th oct and the wait is so painful. So the valuation report and offer you’ve received same day. Soo quickChoirgrl said:
Mine was done on the 24th (Monday) and I got the valuation report received/offer made notifications this afternoon (Wednesday 26th). The property is in the East Midlands.shanod said:Anyone know how long it took to get the valuation report once it was complete mine was done on the 20th and still not received, TIA
It’s only taken a week from application to offer, which was faster than I’d dared hope for.0 -
Yes, although it turns out I had misread the thread name, and posted about the wrong lender! My offer’s from Nationwide, not NatWest. I’m off to clean my glasses.shanod said:Wow that’s quick, am in east mids to Leicestershire. We applied on the 4th oct and the wait is so painful. This is the current status of my tracker (everything ticked). Anyone know what might come next, and how soon? Does this mean NW have done all their checks?
