  • My cupcake boxes arrived today!

I could have done with them on Saturday as wanted to do one for my DD's Birthday lunch, however I cut up the plastic insides of a gift box i had and it was the right size for a bowl shape, I added 2 flannels, one pink and one white and managed to make it look like raspberry ripple ice cream, finished off with pins to make the hundreds and thousands and a strawberry button then added a cake decoration with 21 on it

It went down a storm but I was in such a hurry I forgot to take a pic, disappointed as this was my first attempt, oh well will be making plenty more!

I first came across this thread yesterday and have happily sat today and ordered cake cases, cellophane & ribbon from ebay and going out tomorrow to look at mugs, flannels and other goodies. I am planning on making sets and hampers for all my presents and realy looking forward to it (especially the flannel cupcakes!).

Thank you all so much for the fantastic ideas! If I make anything half decent, I'll maybe pluck up the courage to show you a few pics.
