Thanks for the comments. as for the hobbycraft and ikea visit you do realise you will go into another time demension when you go in there lol u can get some real bargins in ikea for material etcHope you enjoyed it x

I went into Hobbycraft well I should say
I dashed in got the last bag of strawberries
really lucky, especially as they have no plans
to restock.well at least I now have enough
with what I had already,to do everyone here
    a strawberry cupcake at Christmas.

Had a quick scan at the cellophane they
are doing a long 33 inch wide roll that was
either 20 or 40 metres long, almost sure it
was 40 but perhaps if the good fairy is planning
a visit or anyone else for that matter they could
check this out but it was £5.99 and it was the
thicker better quality kind like you get on ebay,
in either plain or with white dots.

I was in a real rush as kick off was looming
and IKEA is a mile or so away from Hobbycraft
the plan was to drop me off at IKEA so I
    could potter round,get a coffee,trawl through
the bargain section and reduced fabric.
Blow me dont they call off the match and I
ended up with everyone pottering round
    with me(worse Luck),Within minutes they
are all bored so we were not there too long.
But I did get a striped towelling mens dressing gown
reduced to £5 to put away for a present
for next christmas also the Belinda fabrics
are all reduced to 49p metre.

Did notice whilst stood in the queue waiting
to pay for my strawberries amongst the Easter
fabrics there is one that was tea cups and
cakes, really pretty but it was £9.99 a metre

On the way back called in at Asda for a loaf
plenty of time to look as everyone was busy
checking out digi boxes / DVD players.
Shame they dont have Hobbycraft next door to
Asda. But in Asda they are doing a really pretty
melamine plate, bowl and glass all with little
cupcakes on them a £1 each.

There should be a lockable cage where you can put them whilst you "potter"!!!
  • Morrisons are starting a new "fairy cake" range available from 17th March. I got a leaflet in with my local paper which had a pic of a tray... they look so lovely!

I've finally managed to do a gardening bouquet for my Mum for Mother's Day. She was really chuffed with it!

It was made from two pairs of socks, a pair of gardening gloves, 2 microfibre cleaning cloths, 3 spools of twine, 6 bathing roses, silk rose leaves, 2 teatowels and cellophane to make the wrapping paper and a packet of bath seeds to look like flower food.

Thank you so much to everyone on here who helped me!

Yahoo, can't wait, love the cupcake range from Morrisons, does it look the same as the ones they did for mothers day?
