savvy in my defence I spotted a
box with two of the chocolate
    desserts in reduced to £1.10
in Asda, had to try them as
normally they are £2.99 and I
    always thought who buys these
at this price ? May be in M&S they
can get away with a price tag like that
but in Asda ! Its rare to see them
    reduced to this price,so someone
must have plenty of money when out
shopping.Made up to discover that they
came in those dishes, although they have sat
    in the cupboard ever since.

  • I had an inspiration last night. In my glory-hole cupboard (i.e. hamper bits and pieces) I have a pink silicone muffin baking tray so I'm going to fill it with six muffin flannels and their cases. Two brown, two pink and two white. Once decorated I'll wrap in cellaphane and ribbons and it will make a birthday gift for my cake baking sister.

I'd put up a photo but as her birthday isn't until April I'll leave it until then to assemble.

Oooo that is such a shame!
Im going to have a trip to my local cake shop and see what bits they have and be cheeky and ask if they can order things in or find them in the wholesalers.
You dont get if you dont ask, I know this little shop does sell loads of different cake cases, decorations etc, so hopefully I may be able to locate some gingham cases.

I love those little dotty cups in Australia, Ive got some friends who live over there so am wondering if they can order them and send them across to me??
    Im going to ask.:j
