On Ebay there is a pattern for knitted cherries for sale:- not sure whether this would look totally naff tho and spoil the flannel muffins.

Bath pearls dont seem to be very popular anymore. When I was younger I remember the body shop sold these from a pic n mix type of stand, they had fruit shaped soaps too... must be old fashioned now....

Type in Bath Pearls in Google search and it is one of the first companies that comes up.
