sorry meant to add these look lovely when i posted last night.

my dd has a soap making kit that has moulds to make small shaped soaps from glycerene im sure there is a strawberry mould in that (along with a flower star etc) ill dig it out later and look and post the maker of the kit. maybe craft shops would sell the mould on its own and you could make the soap, need glycerene, red colouring and perfume. havent done any in ages but they are easy from what i remember. you melt block in a saucepan of hot water (in a little dish) then pour into mould.

Just wanted to say I have been watching this thread and I will be making these for the school Christmas craft fair - what a super idea. I only wish I know someone who is pregnant as I'd love to have a go at the bouquet or nappy cake.

Sptted this unusual design on ebay

My strawberry muffin cases arrived yesterday and they are fab!
    Definitely worth waiting for.

Strawberry sticky labels ordered from Vistaprint and will be here in 3 weeks - will shout out when they arrive for anyone who wants some.

Just off to town now on the hunt for some flannels, some vanilla scented oils and these elusive strawberry toppers!

Thought I'd add a scent to the leaf decoration, so that the cake actually smells of cake.

    Cake Cake I luurrrrve Cake!!

Warning - this could take over your life! :D
I didn't expect to get anything done today - and so far I haven't been disappointed.

:p Hi everyone & well done- everything looks soo good!

The florist's tape (sorry if its already been mentioned) is called Stemtex & you can usually get it on ebay or in garden centres, wilkinsons etc. I can get some fruit/veg/tape & leaves etc at my local floristry wholesaler if anyone is interested? PM me with what you are after & I'll go & price up for you as often cheaper if you buy a whole box though obviously may be too much.

If thats of any use to anyone just let me know

I'm sat here trying to visualise a car, perhaps along the lines of a beetle or mini, or even trotters 3 wheel van if you can find a yellow flannel:D Haven't quite worked on the details yet.....

OR  using a car cleaning sponge & those little shampoo sachets for the windows?
How about a 'book cover' with a white cloth folded into four to make the pages inside?

Just musing... ...perhaps you clever folk here can develop the ideas to make them workable. I think these are an excellent idea for diabetics or others who have to stay on special diets:o
